Terms & Conditions

All products sold on the Carved Creations website are sold subject to these terms and conditions. The Customer should ensure that they have read them thoroughly prior to purchasing any products.

"Customer" means you and all other persons who purchase the products.

Prices are displayed in Australian currency. Where applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.

Shipping costs will be added to the purchase price during checkout. You can view a guide to shipping costs and times.

You may be subject to pay import duties on your order once it reaches its shipping destination. These duties are completely out of Carved Creations control and are determined by each country’s customs agency. We are unable to advise these costs upfront as the amount of duty to be paid varies on a number of factors. We recommend you research this thoroughly prior to ordering. Carved Creations may vary the prices of their products at any time without prior notice. The Customer shall make payment of each order by Shopify, Paypal using either their credit card or their PayPal account, or direct payment into our bank account. We may change the methods we accept without prior notice. All products are sold subject to their availability while stocks last. Carved Creations accepts no responsibility for its inability to supply products to the Customer where the product is unavailable or where stock has been exhausted. Carved Creations reserves the right to limit quantities of the product. Carved Creations delivers to most locations worldwide, but does reserve the right to decline to deliver to any destination at any time where it is felt delivery may be compromised. Carved Creations will endeavour to deliver the products to the specified delivery address in a timely manner. Carved Creations takes no responsibility for any failure to deliver, or delay in delivery caused by events outside of its control. Delivery timeframes are estimated timeframes and do not include delays with customs clearance or any other unforeseen delays. Property and risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer's delivery address. Nothing in these terms and conditions entitles the Customer to refuse to take delivery or return the products as being surplus to their needs or for any other reason other than those agreed herein. Carved Creations reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer for any reason whatsoever. Advice regarding order shortages or damage in transit must be given to Carved Creations no later than ten (10) days after receipt of products. If the Customer elects to return an item to Carved Creations, as a result of refusing to pay duties and taxes costs, the return shipping comes at the Customer’s expense. Should the Customer refuse to pay duties and taxes costs, eventually customs will return this item to Carved Creations. Carved Creations takes no responsibility for the timings of this, as this is completely out of our control, and will not issue a refund until the items have arrived back with us. If an item is returned to us for a refund, any original costs of delivery do not form part of that refund unless otherwise agreed. The Customer may vary or cancel the order up to the point in time that Carved Creations has packed the order by contacting the Carved Creations office on +61 424 103 971 or emailing carvedcreationsau@gmail.com. Should the order have left the Carved Creations warehouse already, Carved Creations is unable to cancel the order and will only be able to refund the cost of product, excluding freight charges, when the goods are returned by the customer. If for any reason, the Customer is dissatisfied with their order, they must contact Carved Creations within ten (10) days of receipt of the order on +61 424 103 971 or email carvedcreationsau@gmail.com to advise request for refund.
The Customers use of this website will generate certain information that will be recorded electronically Shopify and held for Carved Creations. Carved Creations will also record the Customer's contact details, and any related personal details that the Customer supplies. Carved Creations does not record credit card details. The Customer acknowledges that Carved Creations employees may use the information identified in the previous clause for purposes connected with the supply of services to the Customer. Such services include administration of the Customer's order or account on the website and keeping the Customer up to date with new offers at Carved Creations. Carved Creations agrees not to disclose any of the Customer's personal information without the Customer's consent. The Customer may at any time make a written request to see any personal information that Carved Creations holds or to ask to correct any mistakes in that information. The Customer may at any time request that Carved Creations remove their details from the database. The Customer acknowledges that by agreeing to receive promotional material they expressly consent to their inclusion in Carved Creations direct marketing database and accept that they may, as a result, receive electronic communications and promotional communications from Carved Creations. The Customer has the right to ask Carved Creations at any time to stop sending online communications and promotional offers to them. Carved Creations shall use its best efforts to prevent any unauthorised entry into the Carved Creation website. However, Carved Creations shall not be liable for any damage or loss whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorised access to the site. Where The Customer is required to log into the Carved Creations website, The Customer is obligated to keep their login and password details safe and confidential at all times. We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases so please choose carefully. We do not offer returns or refunds on earrings, for hygiene reasons. Proof of purchase must be included with any returned product. Postage charges on returns are at the cost of the customer and non-refundable. Carved Creations is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during the transfer. Once the package leaves our warehouse it is under the customers ownership and the customer/couriers’ responsibility.
