Carved Creations Australia wil provide a refund of the full purchase price, excluding delivery & handling charges in the event of the following -

  • Goods received are damaged during transit
  • Goods received are different to that ordered
  • Goods lost during transit

A refund will not be offered if you change your mind or mistakenly order the incorrect item.

Refunds cannot be offered for earrings, under any circumstances, for hygiene reasons.

Australian-based customers are protected by the Australian Consumer Law. You should make yourself familiar with the legislation.

To request a refund email Carved Creations to advise of the reason. If goods are received in a damaged condition please take images and attach to your email.

In the event you are sent incorrect goods, Carved Creations Australia will also refund the cost of standard delivery to return the goods to our warehouse. Goods should be returned to Carved Creations Australia, P O Box 5083 Warrnambool 3280, Victoria, Australia.
